The CCJE Bureau has adopted today an Opinion as regards the reform of the judiciary in Slovakia. This Opinion concerns in particular the draft of the Constitutional Act amending and supplementing the Constitution of Slovakia with some new provisions relating to the Judicial Council of Slovakia, as well as the transfer of judges and their functional immunity.
