16-18 March 2022: CCJE contributes to the Judicial Ethics Course

The Judicial Ethics Course will take place on 16-18 March 2022 in Florence, Italy, within the framework of the Italian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The course will be based on the Council of Europe and European Union legal instruments, as well as the relevant case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union. The CCJE will be represented by Ms Nina Betetto, member of the CCJE Working Group and Judge of the Supreme Court of Slovenia, who will make a presentation within the framework of the round table on the perspectives of ethics of the judiciary and the necessary perception of a new international dimension. Other members of the CCJE are invited to attend this event.
