Recent developments in the judicial field

Enforcement courts to be set up in February 2007. A draft law on judicial training, establishing a judicial training institute, is being drafted. The committee for the modernisation of the justice system has been set up to consider, inter alia, decentralising the way courts are run. A draft law to reduce the backlog of cases is being drawn up.
