The Bosnia and Herezegovina Justice Sector Reform
Strategy (2008-2012) was adopted in June 2008.
Its overall objective is to create a joint framework of reform for
justice sector institutions in BiH that sets out agreed priorities for
the future development of the sector as a whole, as well as realistic
actions for reform.
It is an instrument which will ensure preconditions for further
strengthening and maintaining independence, accountability, efficiency,
professionalism and harmonization of the judicial system which ensures
the rule of law in BiH. |
