Celebration of European day of
justice on 25.10.2011
1. The law faculty of Yerevan State University,
organized visits of the lecturers and the students of
Yerevan State University to public schools of Yerevan
city and the separate regions of the RA, to read
lectures. Also, meetings of the faculty students (seminar,discussion)
with the famous practic lawyers have been organized.
2. The Judicial Department of RA within the framework of
above-mentioned event together with the Ministry of
education and science of RA organised “Open door days”
Program in courts during the last week of October 2011.
Within the scope of the mentioned program schoolchildren
of high schools visited courts, participated in court
hearings, met judges and court staff. In addition,
appropriate booklets, which contained the information
about the judicial system and judges have been
distributed among the schoolchildren during those
meetings.
3. The Chamber of Advocates of RA organised the event of
so called open door days in Yerevan and Vanadzor cities,
during which advocates have provided free legal advice
in civil relations matter to all applicants.
