The Cantonal Court in Novi
Travnik in the capacity of Bosnia and Herzégovina representative
in the European Network of Pilot Courts plans to mark this year`s
European Day of Civil Justice with the following activities:
- on
12 October: Seminar on
topic: “Children - victims of sexual violence”.
- on
15 October: the
Cantonal Court in Novi Travnik will open its doors to the public
with presentation: “Access to court case over the Internet”.
Teslić, 26 October
2010
“The First Instance Court in Teslić will host, in co-operation with
the High Judicial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 26
October, a central event in Bosnia and Herzegovina celebrating
the European Day for Civil Justice.
The court will open its doors for local primary and high schools so
that judges can explain their work to the students who will be
attending the event.
Subsequently, there will be a short press conference at the court in
order to inform the media on the significance of the European Day
for Civil Justice.
The concluding part of the event will consist of two round tables on
judicial time management and public relations between courts and the
public in general. The CEPEJ standards for both issues will be duly
presented at the round tables. Participation of relevant
