STRUCTURE

ECNTRM was created on the basis of EMERCOM of Russia. Since 2006 it is functioning in the framework of the EMERCOM Scientific and Research Institute (VNII GOCHS).

OBJECTIVES 

Scientific and methodic maintenance of actions on safety protection of people and territories in emergency situations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Organization and execution of scientific and research work.

Development of educational methodic manuals for the students on safety issues and protection of the population.

Development of methods, means and ways of people protection and hazards management.

Development of technical requirements to rescue means. Creation of geoinformation systems.
