ALTE - Association for Language Testers in Europe
An association of institutions within Europe, each of which produces examinations and certification for language learners. Each member provides examinations of the language which is spoken as a mother tongue in their own country or region.

EALTA (European Association for Language Testing and Assessment)
A professional association for language testers in Europe. Its purpose is to promote the understanding of theoretical principles of language testing and assessment, and the improvement and sharing of testing and assessment practices throughout Europe.

FIPLV – World Federation of Modern Language Associations
The Fédération Internationale des Professeurs de Langues Vivantes, founded in Paris in 1931, is the only international multilingual association of teachers of living languages. It also has NGO operational relations’ status with UNESCO.
