Two hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal during its 3rd session of 2025:

Monday 2 June 2025

• at 10 a.m.: The hearing on Appeal No. 765/2024 – L. Y. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe

Tuesday 3 June 2025

• at 3 p.m.: The hearing on Appeal No. 764/2024 – A. G. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe

The hearings will take place in room 5, level 2 of the Palais de l’Europe and will be chaired respectively by Paul Lemmens, Chair of the Tribunal, on 2 June 2025, and by Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos, Deputy Chair of the Tribunal, on 3 June 2025.

Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend the hearings are requested to contact the registry before midday on 27 May 2025.
