MONEYVAL's Chair, Mr Nicola Muccioli, delivered a speech at a conference “Aspects of Constitutionalism in European small-sized States”. The conference was organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of San Marino and the Venice Commission, under the auspices of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset.  At the conference, the Chair discussed MONEYVAL's experience in cooperating with its small states members, drawing on best practices, challenges and key lessons learnt. The Chair commended small-states members' contribution to the global fight against money laundering and terrorism financing, and their commitment to the organisation's core goals.
