Braga, Portugal - Intercultural city
Braga is a city and a municipality in the northwestern Portuguese district of Braga, in the historical and cultural Minho Province. Demographically, in 2011, the municipality counted a total of 181.494 inhabitants, out of which the 97,5% have a Portuguese nationality.
The most important minority group in the city is the Brazilian community. However, it represents the 0,86% of the total population. Other minority groups come from: Ukraine (0,37%), Romania (0,16%), Cape Verde (0,15%) and China (0,15%).
