The Drafting Group on effective processing and resolution of cases relating to inter-state disputes (DH-SYSC-IV) will hold its third meeting from 14 to 16 April 2021, via videoconference. The meeting will take place following the Conference “Inter-State Cases under the European Convention on Human Rights” which will be organised by the German Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers on 12 and 13 April 2021.
The Drafting Group will examine a draft CDDH report on the effective processing and resolution of cases relating to inter-state disputes.
