Sponsorship

Eurimages offers sponsorship in its member States. This activity aims to promote both the Fund and international film co-productions by supporting activities that share Eurimages' objectives and are committed to highlighting them. Up to €10,000 in sponsorship may be granted for an eligible event and up to €3,000 for an eligible reception.
 

For the 2024-2026 sponsorship cycle, Eurimages selected the following partners:

• CICAE (Journée du Cinéma d’Auteur Européen / European Arthouse Cinema Day) for a total amount of €10,000;
• European Film Promotion for a total amount of €10,000 to be equally divided between the initiatives Producers on the Move at Cannes Film Festival (France) and EUROPE! Hub at TIFF (Canada);
• Festival du Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal (Canada) for an amount of €5,000;
• FIDLab Marseille (France) for an amount of €10,000;
• IDFA (Producers Network) in Amsterdam (Netherlands) for an amount of €10,000;
• Locarno Pro/Alliance 4 Development at the Locarno Film Festival (Italy) for an amount of €2,500 and
• ReAnimania in Yerevan (Armenia) for an amount of €3,000.
   

Further to the calls for proposals launched in January 2026 and to the recommendations made by independent experts, the Eurimages Board of Management approved the selection of the following initiatives to benefit from Eurimages sponsorship during the 2027-2029 cycle:

• ACE for an amount of 10,000 euros;
• CICAE (European Arthouse Cinema Day) for an amount of 10,000 euros;
• European Film Promotion for a total amount of 10,000 euros, divided equally between the initiatives Producers on the Move at the Cannes Film Festival and Europe! Hub at TIFF at the Toronto International Film Festival;
• Frontières International Co-production Market (Canada) for an amount of 10,000 euros;
• Alliance 4 Development @ Locarno FF (Switzerland) for an amount of 2,750 euros
• ECAM Forum Cocktail (Spain) for an amount of 3,000 euros;
• FIDLab (France) for an amount of 3,000 euros;
• Forum Alentours (France) for an amount of 3,000 euros and
• Warsaw Industry Days (Poland) for an amount of 3,000 euros.

 Patronage

In addition to sponsorships, the Eurimages Fund offers its patronage to various cinematographic and audiovisual events on an annual basis, which can be renewed upon request. Patronage involves granting support and recognition to selected events that promote international film co-productions and align with Eurimages’ objectives, without any financial participation from the Fund.

• Eurovisioni in Rome (IT),
• The MESA (Maison de l’Europe Strasbourg-Alsace) in Strasbourg (FR),
• The Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival (FEFFS) in Strasbourg (FR),
• The ECAM Forum in Madrid (ES) and
• Warsaw Industry Days in Warsaw (PL).
