The Council of Europe’s Eurimages Fund, in partnership with major co‑production markets throughout its member States, presents the Eurimages Co‑production Development Award: a €20,000 prize for a project in early development that encourages international co‑production from the initial stages of a project.

 

How it works:

  • Where: The award is presented at selected partner co‑production markets.
  • For whom: Projects must first be submitted to the host market for selection. Applicants need to be from a Eurimages member state.
  • How: Among the eligible projects, a jury appointed for the CPDA selects one project.
  • There is no direct application to Eurimages; only projects in the partner market’s official line‑up can be eligible.

Further to the call for proposals launched in January 2026 and the recommendations made by independent experts, the Eurimages Board of Management approved the selection of the following co-productions markets to present the Eurimages Co-production Development Awards during the 2027-2929 cycle:
