The Council of Europe is pleased to announce the fifth ratification of the Protocol amending Convention 108, which delivered in 2018 Convention 108+. The Permanent Representation of Poland to the Council of Europe transmitted its ratification instrument to the Secretary General, Ms Marija Pejčinović Burić.

This is a further step towards the entry into force of this landmark intrument which is Convention 108+ and we hope that many other ratifications will soon make it possible.
