The below section is a filterable database on cyberviolence provisions in domestic legislation worldwide. The provided information has been collected via the responses to a questionnaire shared with members and Observers to the Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY). The questionnaire was structured in eight sections -- A. Domestic cyberviolence legislation, B. Domestic criminal case law on cyberviolence, C. National strategies and policies, D. National research, E. Civil society, F. Hotlines, G. Social services and victim support, H. Other relevant resources, over five themes: online xenophobia and racism, cyberviolence against children, cyberviolence against women, online trafficking in human beings and cyberviolence against journalists. The below information reflects only provided information in section A.1-A.6 on domestic cyberviolence legislation. In July 2026, the T-CY questionnaire on Cyberviolence offenses counted 45 respondents. The information is filterable by topic, country, or both. An additional functionality allows to display results for two different countries in parallel. This information will be exploited to further develop and update additional sections of the Cyberviolence Resource such as domestic case law, initiatives, policies, strategies and hotlines and other tools.
