A meeting between the Director of Democratic Governance, Claudia Luciani and the CEO of Zentrum für Kunst und Medientechnologie (ZKM), Peter Weibel, took place at the ZKM building in Karlsruhe, Germany on Monday 13 February with a view to preparing the 4th Council of Europe Platform Exchange on Culture and Digitisation.

This Platform will be held from 19 to 20 October at ZKM. Its main focus will be “Empowering democracy through culture - digital tools for culturally competent citizens”.
