It forms the latest addition to the Council of Europe’s flagship programme of cultural policy reviews, which provides extensive policy analysis and advice to Member States, ensuring cultural policies bring the greatest benefit to citizens. Prepared by KEA on behalf of the Council of Europe, this review calls for the mainstreaming of cultural activities across diverse policy areas and explores issues as broad as tourism, innovation and civil society.
