This call for tenders aims to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of event management and related services for activities organised in Türkiye by the Council of Europe between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2029 (with a possible extension until 30 June 2031).
The Council of Europe seeks to select up to four service providers to support the organisation of approximately 400 events in Türkiye and 20 study visits abroad. Events will mainly take place in Ankara, Antalya, Istanbul and Izmir, and across 40 pilot provinces, with participation ranging from 10 to 250 participants.
Required services will include provision of venue, accommodation, catering, visibility materials, and domestic and international travel and transport arrangements.
