The Council of Europe is currently implementing, until 31 December 2028, the Project “Youth for Democracy and the Human Rights in the Republic of Moldova”. In this context, it is launching a call for the purchase of event management services for the Regional COMPASS Training on Human Rights Education with Young People, to be held from 6 to 9 May 2026 in the Republic of Moldova.

The Council of Europe is seeking Provider(s) for the provision of event management services, including fully equipped training/workshop meeting rooms, catering, accommodation, and transportation services.

The services are to be delivered outside of Chișinău, as detailed in Section A of the Act of Engagement.

Bids shall be submitted via the e-procurement platform. Any bids received by email or letter will be rejected automatically.
