The Council of Europe is looking for a qualified provider to deliver IT intellectual services for the re-engineering and enhancement of the Register of Electoral Officials (REO) module part of the State Automated Information System “Elections” (SAISE) operated by the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova (CEC).

SAISE supports the overall management and administering of electoral processes, while the REO electronic module serves as a core component for the registration, management, and monitoring of electoral staff or prospective electoral staff.

The REO’s re-engineering will be done based on the ToR elaborated by the Council of Europe under the Project “Improving electoral practices in the Republic of Moldova (IEPRM), 2025-2028” and approved by the CEC.

The interested providers can find more about the call for tender on the Council of Europe’s E-Procurement platform. The offer must be submitted in the digital procurement platform (e-procurement). Offers sent by e-mail or letter won’t be qualified.
