The Council of Europe’s Project “Ensuring an effective framework for the protection of children from all forms of violence and ensure child-friendly justice”  aims to further strengthen the response of Republic of Moldova to violence against children, including sexual abuse and exploitation, and ensure child-friendly justice.

It will focus on providing further support in revising and developing key guidelines/protocols and materials for the coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. Through the promotion of a child friendly approach across legal, judicial and education sectors, the project aims to create a strong framework for safeguarding children from violence, protecting and promoting their rights, and ensuring a justice system that is responsive to specific needs of children.

In this context, a study visit to Barnahus centres in Spain (Barcelona and Tarragona) will be organised for a delegation of representatives from national authorities responsible for child protection and child-friendly justice. The visit is scheduled to take place from 29 June to 2 July.

To ensure the successful implementation of this study visit, the Council of Europe is seeking a service provider to deliver professional event management services, as detailed in the Act of Engagement.

Interested providers are invited to submit their offers in accordance with the Tender File, Act of Engagement and Annex 1, which set out the full terms and conditions of engagement, as well as the scope of activities.
