The Council of Europe is seeking up to 58 Providers to support the implementation of various project activities. The required expertise includes anti‑discrimination, combating hate crime and hate speech, addressing bullying in educational institutions, as well as specialised knowledge in Roma culture, history, and education, including curriculum development and capacity‑building for teaching the Romani language.
The Tender for the pool of consultants will cover 3 years (2 September 2026 - 31 December 2029), with the possibility of extension.
