The Council of Europe is currently implementing, until 31 December 2028, the Project “Youth for Human Rights and Democracy in the Republic of Moldova”. The project aims to strengthen democracy and human rights in the Republic of Moldova by fostering youth participation in decision-making processes, youth work, and by strengthening youth centres as platforms of civic activity and democratic participation. The project will support governmental and non-governmental partners in the Republic of Moldova in responding to specific needs of the youth population, particularly in light of high emigration and brain drain, and in maximising the benefits of the country's EU accession process by mainstreaming youth perspectives.
In that context, it is looking for Provider(s) for the provision of consultancy services in non-formal learning, youth work, youth research, youth policy to support young people’s learning and strengthen its capacity about and for human rights and democracy, to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.
The call includes the following lots:
Lot 1 - Preparation, facilitation and evaluation of non-formal youth activities supporting young people’s learning about and for human rights and democracy, notably on youth participation, value-based youth work, young people’s access to rights, including social cohesion and inclusion, non-discrimination media and information literacy;
Lot 2 - Development of Educational Resources and Publications;
Lot 3 - Reporting, studies, editing and documentalist services;
Lot 4 - Youth research and research coordination services.
