The Council of Europe is currently implementing, until 31 December 2028, the Project “Youth for Democracy and the Human Rights in the Republic of Moldova”. In this context, it is seeking to procure catering services from a local provider to cover the welcome coffee and lunch break for the event participants for the Forum of Student Self-Governance Structures (SAS Forum), to be held on 21 May 2026 at the Nortek Centre (4th floor, 38 Alexandru Pușkin Street, Bălți, Republic of Moldova).

The Forum will bring together approximately 130 participants -including student self-governance representatives from higher education institutions across Moldova for a full-day programme of high-level dialogue, good practice exchange, participatory workshops, and information sessions on the new regulatory framework and funding opportunities for student organisations.

The services are to be delivered outside of Chișinău, as detailed in Section A of the Act of Engagement.
