The Council of Europe is launching a competitive bidding procedure for contracting international short-term consultancy services in the areas of management and treatment of patients placed in psychiatric institutions under medical coercive treatment, psychosocial rehabilitation of patients in psychiatric institutions, and mental health care provision in prisons and probation.
The consultancy services will be provided for the Project “Further srengthening the prison and probation systems, provision of health care and treatment of patients in closed institutions in the Republic of Moldova”, implemented as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova for 2025-2028.
In this context, the Council of Europe invites potential international consultants to submit their offers for the provision of consultancy services, in accordance with the attached documents.
