The Council of Europe is seeking a Provider to design, develop and integrate an e-learning platform software solution into the digital infrastructure of the Office of the Ombudsperson of the Republic of Moldova.

This procurement is being carried out in the framework of the Project “Support to the Office of the Ombudsperson in the protection of human rights in the Republic of Moldova – Phase II”.
