European Youth Foundation runs projects in support of young people from Ukraine

Since October 2022, the European Youth Foundation (EYF) has supported young Ukrainians as part of its special scheme of small grants with eight projects in Ukraine and in other Council of Europe states receiving a total of €107,374 by March 2023.

All projects directly involve young people from Ukraine, with four carried out in Ukraine itself and one each in Armenia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They cover themes ranging from peace activism, young people’s access to employment, mental health issues, youth integration in host societies, research on the situation of young people and promoting social cohesion through youth work and sports.

The special call for proposals runs until the end of October 2023. Youth organisations in Ukraine or youth organisations working with young people from Ukraine in Council of Europe member states are invited to apply!
