The work on Roma youth participation is developed, by definition, in close cooperation with Roma youth organisations and networks, especially those operating at the European level:

Roma youth organisations are also regularly represented in the Advisory Council on Youth, the non-governmental partner in the co-management structure which establishes the standards and work priorities of the Council of Europe’s youth sector and makes recommendations for future priorities, programmes and budgets.

National partners are particularly involved in specific country-based activities and projects, including the Central Council of German Sinti and Roma, the Federación de Asociaciones Gitanas de Cataluña (Spain), Letras Nomadas (Portugal), RRoma - Regional Roma Educational Youth Association (North Macedonia), and the national youth councils of Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Romania and Ukraine.

The European Youth Forum is also regularly associated to key activities and processes.

This is supported by the work of the Roma rapporteur of the Joint Council on Youth and the Youth rapporteur in ADI-ROM (Committee of Experts on Roma and Traveller Issues).
