A public hearing was held before the Administrative Tribunal on Thursday 24 January 2013 in the Tribunal’s hearing-room in the D building at 3 pm in appeal N° 535/2012 – SEMERTZIDIS (II) v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank. The appellant seeks annulment of the decision to remove him from his post as a disciplinary measure.
