Two Council of Europe experts train staff of the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination (the Commissioner) and the People’s Advocate on communication and visibility strategies in Tirana during 19-21 March.

The course aims to equip the staff of the Commissioner and of the People’s Advocate with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct effective communication and public relations activities. It involves among others the development of strategic communication plans and the monitoring and evaluation of the related implementation.

The course is conducted within the frame of the European Union/Council of Europe Joint Programme “Enhancing the effectiveness of the Albanian System of Human Rights protection and Anti-discrimination”.
