Secretariat of the European Campaign
The secretariat of the No Hate Speech Movement campaign is based at the European Youth Centre Strasbourg, France.
The campaign secretariat, part of the Youth Department of the Council of Europe, Education and Training Division, is composed of a campaign coordinator, Menno Ettema, and an administrative assistant. They work closely with other members of staff at the Youth Department, including those based at the European Youth Centre Budapest.
