The high-level seminar will focus on the recently adopted Council of Europe guidelines on human rights in culturally diverse societies. It will provide an opportunity to exchange views on challenging concepts, such as direct and indirect discrimination and harassment, multiple discrimination, effective equality and ‘living together’.

A selective number of national good practices will also be presented and discussed.
