The Compass training course was organised by AIFED (ASOCIACIÓN DE INNOVACIÓN FORMACIÓN Y EMPLEO PARA EL DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE) in partnership with the Youth Department of the Council of Europe. This activity, as part of the Human Education Youth Programme, took place from 6 to 10 November 2023 in the Youth Space of the Youth Council of the Granada City Hall, Spain.

 Compass Followers introduced human rights education to youth activists and volunteers through various non-formal education activities emphasising topics requested by the participants, particularly discrimination and intolerance, education, democracy, peace and violence, migration.

The programme of the training also included components of human rights performance art, flamenco and discussion on youth, peace and security with Professor Jusaima Moaid-Azm Peregrina from Granada University.

This human rights education activity resulted with the ideas and projects for human rights in places where participants return after the training course.
