The European Youth Foundation (EYF) organised a working meeting with the IT company, Tribus Technologies SRL on 30 September – 1 October in Strasbourg to plan future steps to update an online granting and management system for youth NGOs.
This update will aim to improve the functionality and the design of the platform by enhancing user-friendly navigation and reducing technical bugs of the system. It will also facilitate smooth multi-tasking within the platform and will include the functionality for youth organisations to apply for study sessions. The overall goal of this update is to ensure better interaction among the EYF, youth organisations, and the Programming Committee on Youth.
It is expected that a new granting system will be developed in the first half of 2026.
The development of a new and functional online granting and management system is linked to the Reform process of the European Youth Foundation, that started in 2022 as the result of which the new Operational Regulations of the European Youth Foundation were approved by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on 24 September 2025. They will enter into force three months after their adoption, on 24 December 2025.
