We are pleased to announce the opening of two calls for proposals:
The calls for proposals for international one-off youth co-operation activities aims to support international meetings of young people that contribute to the following objectives:

Enhancing young people’s participation in democratic societies, in youth organisations and in other forms of mobilisation and action.

Allowing young people to explore in depth a subject of relevance to the thematic priorities for EYF funding, as well to their own challenges and concerns in different contexts.

Promoting intercultural dialogue by allowing young people to meaningfully connect across cultures, network, co-operate and learn from each other.

Building capacities for future action and inspiring new initiatives of educational, awareness-raising, co-operation or advocacy nature, on the thematic priorities of the EYF.
The call for proposals for international long-term youth co-operation projects aims to support long-term international projects involving young people that address several of the following objectives:

Contributing to the strategic development of the work of the applicant organisation, its members and networks on subjects relevant to the thematic priorities for EYF funding.

Building capacities and knowledge hubs in youth organisations on subjects of relevance to the thematic priorities for EYF funding, for example through the development and use of new tools, manuals, research, policy outputs.

Fostering long-term strategic partnerships and cross-borders co-operation between young people and youth organisations, on subjects of relevance to the thematic priorities for EYF funding.

Reinforcing young people’s knowledge and skills on subjects of relevance to the thematic priorities for EYF funding.

Reaching out to young people at all levels (local, national, international) through multiplier actions of educational, awareness-raising, co-operation or advocacy nature, on the thematic priorities of the EYF.

The interested youth NGOs can apply for this call till 1 October 2026, 23.59 CET at support4youth.coe.int.
To apply for these call, applicants must be registered with the European Youth Foundation, as per the eligibility criteria indicated in the Guide to the grants of the European Youth Foundation.
The youth NGOs who are not already registered with the European Youth Foundation are required to create an account and submit their registration request via support4youth.coe.int. Please note that registration must be validated by the EYF secretariat before the call deadline in order to apply. As the EYF may take up to two weeks to process organisation registrations, applicants are advised to initiate this step well in advance of the deadline.
