The European Committee of Social Rights will hold its 309th session from 14 to 18 October 2019 in Strasbourg.
The Committee will examine the national reports for Conclusions 2019 of the Charter, as well as Conclusions for XXI-4 (2019) of the 1961 Charter with respect to the thematic group 4 “Children, family and migrants”.
The Committee will examine several pending collective complaints and will take stock of the situation related to the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”.
Besides, the President of the European Committee of Social Rights Giuseppe Palmisano will deliver a speech on the occasion of the International day for the eradication of poverty, 17 October, in front of the Palais de l’Europe in Strasbourg.
