The European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) is holding its 338^th session from 4 to 8 December 2023, in Strasbourg.

During this session, the Committee will examine national reports for the preparation of Conclusions 2023 and Findings 2023. It will also deliberate on a number of collective complaints.

The newly elected member of the Committee, Grega STRBAN, will be invited to make the solemn declaration foreseen by Rule 4 of the Committee’s Rules.
