311th session of the European Committee of Social Rights: adoption of conclusions 2019

The European Committee of Social Rights will hold its 311th session from 27 to 31 January 2020 in Strasbourg.

The Committee will continue the examination of the national reports for Conclusions 2019 of the Charter, as well as Conclusions for XXI-4 (2019) of the 1961 Charter with respect to the thematic group “Children, family and migrants” and will proceed to the adoption of these Conclusions with a view to their publication in March 2020.

The Committee will also examine several pending collective complaints and will take stock of the situation related to the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”. In 2020, meetings on non-accepted provisions will be held in Estonia, Georgia, Ireland, Malta and Montenegro.
