The European Studies Institute of MGIMO university (Russian Federation) is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the training seminar on Council of Europe standards.
For the first time this year, a session of the training seminar is dedicated to the right to data protection.
Over 300 civil servants participating in this event will be given a presentation on Convention 108 and its relevance with regard to current challenges to the right to data protection. The session will also tackle issues related to internet governance and the on-line implementation and enjoyment of human rights.
