At their 1447th meeting, on 3 November, the Ministers’ Deputies approved a decision on the organisation of a 4th Council of Europe Summit and agreed to transmit it to their high-level meeting on 7 November 2022 for adoption [more information ...].
They also approved an Action Plan designed to provide assistance to Armenia for the period 2023-2026 and took note of an evaluation report on the Council of Europe’s Programme on Combatting Violence against Women and Domestic Violence, together with the proposed follow up as set out in the management response and action plan.
Finally, the Deputies held exchanges of views with:
- Ms Karin Lukas, President of the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR);
- Mr Ramin Garagurbanli, President of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ).
