At their 1506th meeting, on 11 September, the Ministers’ Deputies held an exchange of views, with the participation of Mr Alan Mitchell, President of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT), on the CPT’s public statement on Azerbaijan.
They also held an exchange of views with Ms Aoife Nolan, President of the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR).
