On 3 December in Chisinau, staff from the Council for Preventing and Eliminating Discrimination and Ensuring Equality and the Ombudsperson Office learnt how to analyse the institution's contact points, interactive approach to monitoring the general communication status of the institution and how to write accessible press releases.
During the training, participants were familiarised with the strategic communication planning and steps for better implementation of the communication strategy of the institution.
The second part of the training was dedicated to the presentation of the technics of an effective press release composing. The participants learnt how to analyse the strengths and the weak points in press release writing.
The last session was devoted to internal communication plan and strategies.
The event was organised within the project Supporting national efforts for prevention and combating discrimination in Moldova, part of joint programme Partnership for Good Governance, co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe, and implemented by the Council of Europe.
