Back New deadline: Tender call for the provision of international consultancy services for Juvenile Justice Slovenia project

The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Improving the juvenile justice system and strengthening the education and training of penitentiary staff in Slovenia”. It is co-financed by the EU Structural Reform Support Programme and the Council of Europe, and implemented in close co-operation with the EU DG Reform and the Slovenian Ministry of Justice for the period 01/09/2021 to 31/08/2023.

The Children’s Rights Division of the Council of Europe is implementing the Component I of the project aimed at improving the criminal juvenile justice system in Slovenia during the period of 01/09/2021 to 31/08/2022.

In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for international consultants for the provision of international expertise as specified in the following Tender File and Act of Engagement:

  • Carry out desk and field research, legal analysis and drafting documents on the existing juvenile justice legal framework;
  • Carry out desk research, legal analysis and drafting papers/documents on existing national and international case law concerning juveniles;
  • Develop tools and trainings for professionals on the juvenile justice system reform.
