The CEPEJ organised a workshop in Modriča on May 22, 2026, to assist the new BIHSEJ pilot courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Mostar, Žepče, and Modriča) in developing and implementing satisfaction surveys for judicial staff. Following the implementation of internal satisfaction surveys in the first five pilot courts, this workshop aimed to extend this methodology to these three courts.
The workshop combined presentations and discussions on the design and implementation of internal satisfaction surveys, including questionnaire structure, data collection tools, and practical aspects of survey administration.
By assisting the courts in conducting internal satisfaction surveys, the BIHSEJ initiative supports court management in identifying areas for improvement in internal communication and work organization, thereby contributing to the provision of better services to litigants.
The CEPEJ is implementing the action “HFIII: HF 4 - Strengthening the Efficiency and Quality of Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiHSEJ)”, which is part of the joint programme entitled "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye III", co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
