10th International Conference „Alternative Dispute Resolution – Cooperation between Public Administration and Judiciary with the Business Sector” on the 23rd and 24th of October 2019, Zagreb, Ilica 49/I,
Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, Conference Hall
The aim of the conference is to raise the awareness of the general and professional public and all stakeholders involved in creating the framework for economic development on the importance of having an efficient judiciary and public administration for the business of entrepreneurs, to stimulate domestic and foreign investment and increase the competitiveness and ADR as a way of avoiding court disputes.

Since 2010 this conference has been recognized by the professional public as the one of the most significant events in the region attended by more than 150 participants from Croatia, countries from the region and other EU countries. By now, lecturers from 23 EU countries, the United States, Canada, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro participated at the conference. In 2010 and 2018, European Day of Civil Justice was celebrated during our conference.
