- European Day for civil Justice (Edinburgh, 18 octobre 2010)
This year, the Scottish Government and the Law Society of Scotland co-hosted an event on 18 October to mark EU Civil Justice Day. It focused on key developments in EU civil law that had a significant domestic impact. Topics for discussion included: small claims debt recovery and enforcement; succession law and family law. Tools designed to simplify the provision of cross-border legal advice such as the e-justice portal were also be presented. (EU Civil Justice Day)
