The aim of this mission was to assess the Jordanian system of enforcement of judgments. To this end, the experts visited two CEPEJ pilot courts: the First Instance Court of Amman (Palace of Justice) and the Magistrates’ Court of Sahab. They also held discussions with officials from the Policy and Institutional Development Unit at the Ministry of Justice and with a member of the Committee in charge of the reviewing of the Law on Enforcement.
