On 29 and 30 June 2017 the Strasbourg Court (Tribunal de Grande Instance) hosted a delegation of judges and officers of the registrar from Sidi Bouzid First Instance Court for a study visit. The visit allowed the members of the Tunisian delegation to examine and exchange views on modern methods of court management, which are at the heart of the CEPEJ cooperation with the Tunisian pilot courts. The topics explored included: the judiciary dashboards and their use as management tools; the preparation (mise en état) of civil cases; the real time processing of criminal cases; the management of hearings; and the relations with the Bar Association.
