The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) published and distributed among judges and main justice sector stakeholders of the Republic of Moldova a collection of CEPEJ documents including the main tools on time management, efficiency and quality of justice, translated into the Romanian language. This publication is part of the Project " Strengthening the efficiency of justice and support to lawyer’s profession in the Republic of Moldova”, implemented under the CoE/EU Eastern Partnership Programmatic Co-operation Framework 2015-2017. Its main purpose is to inform the judiciary and legal professions of Moldova on the main indicators, tools and measures used in Council of Europe member States and promoted by the CEPEJ in view of a better organised and functioning judiciary.
